(EXTENSION OF WASHINGTON COUNCIL FOR THE BLIND)

Vision

Each year WCB puts on a fantastic convention where our members meet, seek out friendship, and learn skills that promote healthy, happy, and independent lives. The money we raise from fund raisers help to support our members to attend and also pays expenses while there. The registration is usually about $125 per person, not including hotel costs based on double occupancy.

We also participate with community efforts such as assisting students who are legally blind with tools they can use to better their education. We support organizations who sell assistive tools to make life a little easier.

We also meet locally the 2nd Saturday of each month at Denny’s on 128th in South Everett. Buy Your Own Lunch begins at 12:00pm. Meeting ends at 3:00pm

Please feel free to call to confirm.
